Everyone has their own unique style in how they set boundaries as well as which limits they need to set with others. Hopefully this information helps give you insight into which relationships might benefit from having different boundaries in order to take care of yourself as much as possible. Setting limits is not easy and not everyone in your life will respond well to your new boundaries; however, I have found setting these expectations helps me be the person the people in my life know and love rather than the unhappy stressed out person I sometimes can be.
